I may accompany you tonight, but I am not sure yet.
To tell you the truth, I would do anything for you but to lend you money.

1. I may accompany you tonight [to the store / mall / etc.], but I am not sure yet - Good.
Might is more casual, however.
2. To tell you the truth, I would do anything for you but lend you (some) money. There is no need for the to-infinitive.
3. Why did you say that if you had known what his reaction might be?
