Are those correct gramatically? (About using "that" or "my")

My mother is happy about that I am an engineer.(It may sounds so weird but I am just curious whether it is correct gramatically or not)

My mother is happy about my being an engineer

My mother is happy about me who am an engineer.

What do you all think?
Thanks a lot in advance.
