Are those answers corrects?

Q1. She doesn't speak English. He doesn't read English. (neither)
my answer is: - She neither speaks nor reads English.
- She neither speaks English nor does she read it. (or)
...........................nor she reads it.
Q2. He doesn't study hard ..... do his homework well.
( but- nor- or- and )
( I am puzzled and I am not sure of the right answer to this choice question >> (nor) or (or) and why??
