Are they the same?

A: I (have) got my nose pierced.
B: I (have)had my nose pierced.
C: I've pierced my nose.

And Can I omit the have?

They could have the same meaning as they would without have, or have could be used to emphasize that you did indeed get your nose pierced, or the have version might be used when checking the activity off a to-do list. I suppose I have had my nose pierced could indicate that your nose is not pierced now, although it once was.
