Are they grammatically correct?

I would like to ask whether this two sentences is grammatically correct:

"There are several characteristics inside athletes--presevering, healthy, enduring, etc."

"This activity aims to develop talented students in sport."

Besides, I am bewildered about how to consider the the subject verb agreement regarding some types of sentences. For example, for "none of our students has become doctor", shall we use "has become" or "have become", "doctor" or "doctors"
