Which station would be the last station? This seems a bit odd and unclear in meaning.

Do you mean 'Which is the last station?", meaning the one at the end of the line?

Thank you for your reply. I was meaning like this below.
My friend was riding a last train In the mid night. the train did not reach his destination. He had to get off at a station which the train stops in the middle.
