Are they both correct? Which one is better to send to a dept

I will send this message to maintenance department.

1. I will be returning boxes to ABC next week. Please let me know if you have boxes to be sent to ABC,

2. I will return boxes to ABC next week. Do you have boxes to be sent to ABC?
