Are they both commonly used?

1) A very long time ago
2) Quite a long time ago

Both are used. However, "very" is a little simple; "quite" is a little more stylish (more educated in tone).

(I have not any problems in the facebook) is it correct sentence?

I would say:
I do not have any problems with the facebook. (It does not trouble me.)
Or:
I do not find any problems in the facebook. (I have looked for errors and found none.)
