Are they all grammatically correct?

1. It is terrible to show its teeth.

2. It is terrible that the dog shows its teeth.

3. The dog is terrible to show its teeth.

Can the structure of sentences 2 and 3 apply to the sentence using any adjective?

I mean, can every adjective be expressed in form of "It is adjective that....." and "noun is/am/are adjective to do sth."?
