Are they all correct: On June 12, on June 12th, on the 12th of June.

1. I was on vacation on June 12. 2. I took my computer on vacation to talk with my family on Skype. 3. I didn't order any room service. 4. We bought food at the supermarket and sometimes we ate on the bed. 5. Are order room service and eat breakfast in bed the same meaning?
