Thank you Mister Micawber. I made too many typos as usual, even all the missing the ( s), will be more careful. I have to disagree with you on : There's some cake and apples. Maybe I should write: There is seven little fish fighting against one giant fish. And I wanted to know if we do say arrive to the office. Thanks again.

I have to disagree with you on : There's some cake and apples. - Feel free.
There are seven little fish fighting against one giant fish.
And I wanted to know if we do say arrive at the office. - 'Arrive to' is not possible.

When i was a high school, our teacher told us that using "arrive at" meaned you the place is small, while "arrive in"the destination is big in a geography sense.

Thanks. So I can conclude to say: There are many luggage here.
I agree with you about arrive at, just don't know why many people here in the states would still insist it's correct to say "arrive to the office".

Thanks to all our great teachers!

No, luggage is not countable.
There is a lot of luggage.
There are many pieces of luggage.

There is no "arrive to." Who has told you that it was used in the States?

I think there is no such phrase as "arrive to" too.

I have to correct myself here: There is much luggage. There are many pieces of luggage. Not sure what I was thinking. All the fish just confused me there. So, it's: There are many fish in the tank/ There are a lot of fish in the fish tank?

Thank you. I wrote another comment correcting myself without seeing your post.
