In speech we tend to use 'scar' rather tham wound and the first of the above three ('emotional scar') is marginally more common.

Whilst the Google books graph gives useful information, bear in mind that many of the books will be translations from another language (not always accurate) and/or specialist publications - in this case of course many written by psychologists.
