Are these words conveying the message?

Please take a look at the following sentence:

At the time of signature of the present contract the company A transfers to the company B the documents which are necessary for the recovery of the debt from the debtor.

Are the underlined words correct in this context? They should mean that the company A should give to the company B all necessary documents at the very moment of signing this contract.
