Are these two sentences worded in the correct manner?

The White Wing’s forces were larger than the Green Wing’s in Throtl and had been sent north by Ariakas. Consisting largely of hobgoblins, and sivak and baaz draconians, the White Dragonarmy was supposed to be have been commanded by Toede, the acting highlord, but the cowardly hobgoblin disappeared quite suddenly.
