FYI- Drow and dark elves are the same thing. In 1484 DR, Doum'wielle Armgo, a half-moon elf half-drow battle-mage and the wielder of the powerful sword Khazid'hea, and her father, the dark elf warrior Tos'un Armgo, were traveling through the Underdark toward the underground drow city of Menzoberranzan when they encountered a band of dark elves of House Xorlarrin. Known for its many talented wizards, House Xorlarrin was establishing a new drow city named Q'Xorlarrin in the ancient dwarven homeland of Gauntlgrym with the support of House Baenre.
