Are these two sentences grammatical?

He can take off Mike Tyson so well that you think you are seeing them in the flesh.

I don't get over why it's not "him" but "them".

"Fantastic. My wife is being so lovable. Maybe all marriage are like this."

Could you tell me why it's not "is" but "are"?

Yeah, it's wrong, but I would make it "all marriages are" because "all marriage is" is rather poetical for such colloquial speec
