While traveling through Panak, the four companions encountered several Ice People of the Spirit Wolf Clan, who were friends of Eldako’s. They were welcomed and escorted toward the tribe’s village of Kitaglu, narrowly escaping the clutches of marauding Uitayuik, ghosts of men who had died in the storms of Panak, before reaching the village.
