Are these two sentences correct?

1 LIKE the committee has written in its report, the rules need to be enforecd more strictyly.
2 The lab MUST have been completed by the end of next month.

The ansers to these 2 are : LIKE should be changed into AS.
MUST should be changed into WILL .

But I think both them are correct . Am I right?

No. They should be changed as noted.

"like" isn't really formal enough for the subject matter of the first sentence.
"must have" is a reference to the past, so including it with "next month" doesn't make sense.
