Are these two phrases interchangeable?

1."You shouldn't be concerned with that"
2."You shouldn't concern yourself with that"

Hi, I would like to know if they have exactly the same meaning

Thank you

Guyper exactly the same meaning Any time there is any change of words there is at least some tiny, tiny difference in meaning, but it is often so tiny that it would be crazy to attempt to find it. This is such a case. Short answer: For all practical purposes, yes, "exactly" the same meaning.
