Are these two, "job-related experience" and "related-job experience", the same?

I found this in a part of TOEIC test example.
Does "job-related experience" necessary mean an experience in the filed of specified? Or, it depends on the context?
I think the word "job-related experience" itself means simply the experience in any kind of field of jobs?
Am I wrong?
Could you tell me, please?
