Are these three sentences all correct? If so, any difference?



I've liked horses for as long as I can remember.





There weren't any buildings there at all, as far as I can remember.




As far back as I can remember you have always been there when I needed you.

Hi, All three are fine. #2 sounds a bit like you are making an excuse, ie suggesting that your memory may possibly be faulty. I've liked horses for as long as I can remember .
