Are these them vs are these they

I sent an email reply saying - "we talked yesterday about these outstanding invoices, are these them" or should I have said " are these they?"

You could always get out of it by saying 'Are these the ones?'

Given your choices, I would select "Are these them?", but the solution I've given above is better in my opinion.
