Are these sntences correct?

1) It will be broken after several years.

2) It is going to be broken after sevearal years.

3) please set the alarm 5 minutes from the actual time.

1) It will be broken after several years. ok. But it seems to be grand (several years) prediction.

2) It is going to be broken after several years. Sounds odd. It is going to ....is usually used to refer to something in near future

3) Please set the alarm 5 minutes later than the (actual ?) time.

I think you mean usual.
