Are these setences grammatically correct?

We have been experiencing the following issues since last year, and we have notified to the concerned person and he said that he would fix it accordingly but nothing happened.
The search function will function only If the stock code is below CDE8585 otherwise it doesn't work
The property manage function is not functioning no more. It is the most important function in the system We need this function to be worked properly otherwise it will be another disaster in the system. The system has now been updated by manually .
While working on the system and it is prompting user name and password very frequently so it's such a hassle to get to work properly.
