Are these sentences worded in the best way?

FYI- Magius is the wizard. When Huma reappeared with the dragonlances, Magius realized that the vision during his Test had not been real, and then pledged his loyalty to Huma, who decided to forgive the wizard. The silver dragon Heart arrived shortly thereafter to assist the companions in transporting the dragonlances, and Magius and Kaz were entrusted with driving the wagon containing the weapons.
