Are these sentences worded correctly?

The aggressive blue dragon had a stout body, which was nearly three hundred feet in length, with a short tail and a brutish horned head. Stenndunuus was covered with azure colored scales that seemed to shift in color like the sands around him, and he had a fiery temperament and was somewhat paranoid.
