Are these sentences right?

I've read these sentences in an English school book. Sometimes there are some mistakes.

I have to go to the dry-cleaner's.

I have to go to the dry-cleaner's shop.

You ain't got to be sorry! (I think this is an American expression with "ain't")

I only want to know, if these sentences are right.
