Hello,
my name is Veit. I'm German and I'm learning english with english school books.
There are some sentences, where I don't know if they are right. Sometimes there occurs a mistake in the books.
1. The dog knocked some oranges off a display and they went rolling everywhere.
2. The dog went running over to the manager.
(I only know the form "to go swimming or to go sailing")
3. I haven't shown you my photos of last weekend.
(Is it correct, to use the sentence without the article before "last weekend"?)
It is enough to write whether the sentences are correct.
Thank you for your help.
Veit
