Are these sentences right?

1. I don't know from when I can speank my words. (= I don't know the exact age when I started to speak. )

2. By when do I have to finish this work?

3. For what<or For whom> do I have to do this job?

4. To where should I bring these luggage?

5. Until when does this festival last?

(The meaning of this question is not "How long does this festival last?". The supposed answer of this question is a date, for example, "Until September 20, 2009", when this festival will finish. So, It has same meaning with "When does this festival close?", but there is slighlt difference between them.)

What I would like to know is whether I could use the "preposition + interrogative pronoun" form in Englisch sentences like above-mentioned sentences. If some sentence is gramatically wrong or unnatural, please correct it.

Thanks.
