Since we lack previous experience with such a practical project within the complicated system, we encountered the biggest problem of finding the breakthrough in our project. To tackle the problem, we tried by all means. Firstly I conducted interviews with colleagues in the Finance Department to know about the reimbursement procedure. Then my teammates helped to collect related data from different operation departments. Moreover, I led our team to use SPSS software to analyze the statistics and finally identified potential risks in the operation.
