Are these sentences natural? September 26

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Listen, that I have got you two guys together, I want you to tell me all about what happened at the mine.

2. I have got pins and needles all over my legs from sitting so long in the chair.

3. He was standing along a pillar with his back resting on both hands held behind his back and one leg bent and the foot resting flat on the pillar. (the pose I am trying to describe was a mix of the two attached pics)

Thanks,

MG.
