Are these sentences natural? Sept 13

Hi,

Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. The fact that he left such an established position tells me that that offer must had been really good.

2. It better had been something really good. (I said this when I was called away from an important meeting. I was trying to say that hopefully it was a pressing reason.)

3. Sometimes we make a joke that he will work into his 90s. (I was talking about a workaholic colleague)

Thanks,
MG
