Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?
1. How far would they have gone in that time?
2. How tall would she have been by that time?
3. If you don’t know who John Doe is, he was a famous pianist who made a name for himself in the 1960s ( I heard a sentence like this on the radio. I have never seen such a sentence structure in the written form. How should one write it?)
Thanks,
MG.

All OK.
I would have said ...
gone in that amount of time .
The last sentence is written just as you have written it.
I don't know what other way of writing it you might have had in mind.
