Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. He left the company to go work at Axiom Corp. as the CEO.

2. We will looking into reasons for that failure.

3. I didn’t think you would caught on that.

2. Should be: "We will look into the reasons for that failure."

3. Without context the meaning here is unclear. It could be either:

"I didn't think you would catch on to that."

Which means I didn't think you would understand or notice something.

Or:

"I didn't think you would get caught

3 - Just to clarify - it's not grammatical as orginally written, One of the two rewrites suggested above would solve it.
