Are these sentences natural? May 2

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. What are transaction costs comprised of?

2. Do both of us have to come in for the meeting?

3. He must be sitting their complaining about the food poison he had. ( kidding about a friend’s condition )

It should read
1. What are the transaction costs comprised of?
2. Do both of us/Do we have to come in for the meeting?

And I have not idea what does that 3rd one mean? What do you want to say? I don't see that 3rd one to be incorrect and not natural.
