Are these sentences natural? March 9

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Can you please make a 45-minute appointment for me for tomorrow? (I said this to a receptionist).

2. Are you a take-out or a sit-down place?

3. It is one thing to say things in a feat of anger and it is another to actually do them.

Thanks,

MG.

2. Are you a take-out or a sit-down place?-- Probably OK, but I call the latter an 'eat-in' place.

3. It is one thing to say something in a fit of anger and it is another to actually do it.-- To me, the singular is more natural. There may be other opinions.
