Are these sentences natural? @ march 3

Hello.
1. I liked the way in which he spoke to me.( someone said it is formal but I think it is not a correct sentence.)
2. I consider it a wonderful matter.

1. I liked the way in which he spoke to me.-- OK. Yes, 'in which' is formal; you could also use the less formal 'that'.
2. I consider it a wonderful matter. -- 'Matter' is a strange word choice here. I would probably use 'thing', but there is really not enough context to choose the correct word.

No. 'The way how' is not possible in English because 'the way' and 'how' mean the same. You can say these:

I liked the way he spoke to me.
I liked how he spoke to me.
