Are these sentences natural? March 21

Hi,
Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?
1. This approach saves the client of building the external structure and focus only on the internal structure.
2. This state-of-the-art project is expected to be the face of the client’s organization.
3. This improvement is partly attributable to A’s efforts and partly attributable to B’s absence.

Which one of the following sounds better. To me 1a sounds better, but not sure.
1a. This approach saves the client of building the external structure.
1b. This approach saves the client from building the external structure

Yipes! 1a is not possible. You can use these:

1aa. This approach saves the client building the external structure.
1b. This approach saves the client from building the external structure.

Now I like 1aa much better.

In this sentence it seems as though we are talking about a "client building". In my original sentence, I wanted to say that the client doesn't have to spend any money on fixing the external structure of its building.

You seem to be using 'build' for 'fix the external structure' in all of your sentences, but I agree that 1aa should read:

This approach saves the client's building the external structure.
