Are the following sentences natural to a native ear? They are correct grammar, but here are some comments.

1. Consider yourself lucky that you did not confront me outside.
The use of the formal word 'confront' in what really is a threat seems a little unnatural.

2. Count your blessings that we did not have this argument somewhere outside.
The mild-sounding 'Count your blessings' seems to me a little quaint as part of a threat.

3. I need to ~~handover~~ hand over some documents to the sales department. (I am not sure if handover is the correct word here)
Do you just mean 'give'?
'Hand over' suggests you may not want to give them, and that you are relinquishing responsibility for them. .
