Are these sentences natural? March 14

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Consider yourself lucky that you did not confront me outside.

2. Count your blessings that we did not have this argument somewhere outside.

3. I need to handover some documents to the sales department. (I am not sure if handover is the correct word here)

Thanks,

MG.
