Are these sentences natural? @march 10(tension)

Hello,
I have got some tension.Emotion: hmm
I am under tension. or I am in tension.
Some tension grew in my mind.(the idea describing the present perfect tense ) Emotion: indifferent
Learning anything may be interesting but my over tension is hampering my way of normal life.(usual life)
