Are these sentences natural? June 27

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. No, but I have seen you at the conference last year. . (my response to a person who asked if we were meeting for the first time)

2. Hey, our timings match ! ( I said this to person who goes to bring coffee at the same time as me)

3. There is a football field just five minute’s walk from my house.
