Are these sentences natural? July 27

Hi,

Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. When I try to watch channel 30, I can see the picture but the sound is from channel 29.

2. If I go to channel 09, there is no picture, only white noise, and weak sound.

3. How much down is oil today? ( I was asking about the oil price)

Thanks,
MG
