Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Doesn’t he look like an actor; I am forgetting the name of the actor.

2. Does this activity knock the wind out of you?

3. If you don’t follow their orders it is treated as a contempt of the court.

Does this this activity knock the wind out of you? OK.
If you don’t follow their orders, it is treated as a contempt of the court. OK, but the two articles are better off omitted.
