Are these sentences natural? July 21

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. In late 2009, the company undertook a cumbersome restructuring process to spin off its Ghana assets to a sister entity, MABT Inc., whereby the company would own the assets and MABT would operate the assets.



2. Now listen to my speech and tell me whether I am/was pausing at correct time/points ( I said this to a friend when I was practicing for a speech)



3. For better or worse, people judge you by their first impression about you.
