Are these sentences natural? Jan 27

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. When are the Oscars?

2. When is the February 1? ( I was expecting an answer like next Wednesday)

3. It is too bad that I didn't have the internet growing up.

Thanks,
MG.

It's too bad I didn't have ...

You mean you want "It was too bad I didn't have ..."?
