Are these sentences natural in spoken English?

No matter how many days or hours we have to study in that authoritarian school. I would still be happy, If there were people speaking English with me. I feel like people speaking in English gives me respect. I have met many people in my school, which is way far better then that authoritarian school, they are mostly speak in their language which I don't understand because I'm pretty new here.
