Are these sentences natural? Feb 26

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. They came short of our forecast in the north but made it up in the south.

2. SVG is handling the pre-marketing for the project and apparently the demand for space is good. (should there be an article before ‘space’)

3. It is hard to call it a guidance. I would call it sensitivity ranges. (I am not sure if I should use an article before ‘guidance’)

Thanks,

MG-
