Are these sentences natural? December 7

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. So she finally agrees to my pursuing.

2. We did not have phones so commonly available at the time. We used to use mail to communicate with each other; yes, the mail we now refer to as the snailmail.

3. Now, how does it matter to him what I think of her. ( I was narrating an experience about a discussion I had with a stranger about my girlfriend)

Thanks,

MG.
