Are these sentences natural? December 15

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. I remember you had sent me a map of those projects, but I am not able to locate it. Would you be able send it to me again?

2. Isn’t it good that you don’t have to worry about parking your car?

3. Please say Hi to the queen for me. ( I was kidding with a friend from England).

Thanks,

MG.

Hi,

The first sentence sounds rather formal. I'd recast thus:

I remember you'd sent me a [sketch] map of those projects, but I can't find it. Could you send it to me again?
