Are these sentences natural? Dec 18

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. It might have had something to do with the fact that he was not in the class yesterday.

2. Does it have something to do with the cost cutting policies adopted earlier this year.

3. I apologies if you have already answered this question, but why was there a decline in activity in the northern regions?

Thanks,

MG.

Hi MG, #1 is fine. #2 needs only a question mark. #3 needs the verb instead of the plural noun in the first clause.
